[sebhc] H-25 printer - any interest??

The ribbon cartridge in the 25 was far more sophisticated than a typewriter
ribbon.

WD-40 can be used to restore old ribbons, up to a point. ["stamp pad ink"
can also be used for the same purpose, but getting either evenly distributed
throughout the ribbon is not easy). But for a ribbon manufactured 25 years
ago, that may be expecting just a bit too much. There's a difference
between defibrillation and resurrection.

Barry,

Any old typewritter ribbon will work, and if you have any old ribbons,
squirt some "WD-40" on them - works great.
