[sebhc] Heath CP/M

All the Digital Research docs are online but they may seem a bit terse. 

Thom Hogan's "CP/M User Guide" is a good intro; David Cortesi's "Inside
CP/M" takes you farther and Andy Johnson-Laird's "Programmer's CP/M
Handbook" wraps it all up. 

On general principle, I stay away from any book with Rodney Zaks name on
it.
