[sebhc] H19 Emulator

I need to mention, because it's not clear from just reading the notes at 
the beginning of my source, that you can run my Heath Terminal Emulator 
program in Graphics (monochrome 640x200) mode by typing
HTE G
when you run it. This will give you better emulated H19 graphics, if I 
remember correctly (been a long time). In the text mode it just uses "close 
fit" PC-style graphics.
