[sebhc] H89 stuff - DOS LU

Hi
 Get it into an image first. We already have the technology
to get these to a H89 machine with a hard sectored CP/M disk.
Using Eric's emulator or my code you can get it into an image file.
 It is unlikely that you'll be about to get anything but windows
format files with XP.
