[sebhc] Image transfer problems

Hi Carroll
 This could be an issue. That is why I'd like you to use the
start at 030.000 instead of the "1". I'd like you to watch
the DE register because that is the address for loading the
code from the PC into the H8. Before hitting the GO, just
select the DE registers when running the boot strap.
