[sebhc] H17 diskettes

I was looking for a way to read Heath Soft Sector diskettes on a PC.
I still have an IBM PC portable. running DOS. That's what I was using
Media Master on. I also use this PC to run Accelerate 8 16 which is a
CPM emulation for DOS.
