Hi Jack,

I have not seen a total exit in all of my testing ... Can you tell me
anything about your system configuration, the launch command line and
the EXACT keys entered from the moment you launch until "boom".

Btw, it's 040.100, but this should not cause the program to exit - just
the virtual H8 to crash. I have tried this under Win2k, however I have
not tried this exact type of failure - please give me the info requested
above and I will give it a go.
