[sebhc] Different HASL8 - Same bug

The H-8-1 came from Heath with 4K static RAM for $140.  You could order the
H-8-3 4K chip set for $95 to up the card to 8K.

If anybody is interested in price history...

Btw, although my manual clearly says "4K memory card", the silkscreen
on the board in the computer says "8K STATIC RAM". Which explains
why I can see 8K.
