Here's my list of ROMs and EPROM equivalents so far:

PAM-8 = 444-13 - 2708 (?)
H17 = 444-19 - 2316 (EPROM equivalent = TI 2516, Intel 2716)
PAMGO = 444-60 - 2716 (?)
XCON-8 = 444-70 (alt 444-74) supplied with XCON kit or Z80 cpu
PAM-37 = 444-140 (alt 444-144) supplied with H8-37 (TI 2532)

I'd be very interested in a dump of your 444-74 ROM to see what's
different!
