[sebhc] Archive changes

After discussion with Jack, I've done some re-organization in the archives 
with the intention of making things easier to find.  But it may require a 
little re-discovery if you were already familar with it.  In particular, the 
"software" section now should be JUST software, any listings that were there 
should now be found in the "documents" section.

We will probably be making some name changes shortly after we make a 
determination on the underscore issue.

In case you missed it before, you can access the archives via HTTP now, and 
most files have a short description that will appear that way that you won't 
see in FTP.  (however, I do recommend FTP over HTTP  for actual 
downloading).  The HTTP interface is: 
http://heathkit:hdos8bit@www.sebhc.org/archive

Also, I just added a few more disk images (in software/disk-images) and the 
PAM8GO.ROM image (software/ROMs).
