HDOS 3.0 was originally proposed to Heath by Bill Parrott, Dave Carroll
and Dale Wilson (I have the proposal around here somewhere; I'll upload
a scan next time it goes by).

Dave and Dale didn't take part in the actual development - Richard
Musgrave joined Bill for the 3.0 release, and Richard continued to
refine the system for the 3.02 release. Others who contributed code to
the initial release included Dean Gibson, Bruce Denton, Dale Lamm, Andy
Dessler and Wayne Parnin.

All of HDOS 3.0 is public domain - the docs and source are in the
archives. When things settle down on a share-able disk image format,
I'll add some disks.
