Carroll,

Don't know what you mean by 'cheap' but I know there are several PC 
houses that advertise in the back of EE Times that advertise double 
sided pc boards with plated through holes, 4x5" or thereabouts, qty of 3 
or 4 for about $50 each.  I have never used any of them but they look 
decent.  SOme even have somewhat primitive but 'FREE" cad packages for 
schematic and board layout.  If interested I could dig up more info for you.
