Patrick and I reviewed Glen's policy and several other similar policies when
we decided to create the SEBHC archive. While I have tried to obtain prior
approval before posting material that was orignally copyrighted, I also
state explicitly in the ftp welcome message that software will be removed
immediately at the author's request. It is also the reason that the archive
is a restricted site, since otherwise we really have no control over how the
information is handled after it is published to the web.
