[sebhc] H11 machines

There is an H-11 on E-Bay right now, and the accessories (including an H-27
disk system) are being sold separately in different E-Bay auctions by the
same seller. One of the accessories is an H-10 paper tape reader/punch.

The standard OS for the H-11 was HT-11, which was simply RT-11 that had been
"bastardized" so that it would only run with an H-27 disk system. Stock
RT-11 would also run but was out of the price range of most H-11 owners.

Hi Dwight,

I've been looking for one, but can't afford one yet, but there are a
bunch of sites that
archive the software for the Digital Equipment Corp. family of
processors. Since the
H-11 was a stock LSI - 11 processor from Dec, there should be, several
OS's and
Languages out there, as binary files. Anything that ran on an 11/24
should work.

Just Google on LSI-11 Software Archive, and it should get you started!

But beware! You are entering the realm of the Sixteen Bit Processor,
to be an abomination to the SEBHC!!!!

JUST KIDDING! Where else would you have to go????

Just Bob!
