[sebhc] H89 Power-up problems.

Hi Jim,

  Thanks for the offer. I'd like to try that if Lee still thinks that
it could be the issue. Although, if the third H89 I'm hoping to get,
comes soon, I'll probably see if someone with more time and the right
tools wants this one [likely minus the drive] to work on.
