[sebhc] David Wallace's disks

|David Wallace uploaded some of the disks he listed in Thursday's message.  I 
|converted all the unique ones to .h8d format and added them to the archive.

|Most of it was HUG with the notable exception of the original HDOS 
|(#50.00.00, from March 1977).

What about the HDOS 1.3 he mentioned?  I'd never heard of that version
before...
