I am sorry,  I was mistaken when I said init37.abs.  The correct  
program for initializing diskettes is init.abs. It reads the device  
specific code it needs from the device driver on your boot disk.
Sorry for my mistake.  Be sure to press the space bar a couple of  
times when you attempt to boot a newly initialized and sysgened  
diskette. This helps HDOS to set the correct baud rate and allows the  
bootstrap to continue.
