[sebhc] Hard-sectored disks

    If I recall correctly, the Apple II used a soft sector format, but 
ignored the sector holes on the disks if present.  That meant you could use 
any disks you wanted and format them soft sectored.

    The statement "The Apple II used hard sectored disks" would be true, 
even if somewhat misleading.
