Do you mean EXPRESSPCB.COM? I'm not aware that pcbexpress.com (name
reversed) offers free CAD software.
I've used ExpressPCB for tons of projects, hobby and otherwise. They're
great, but be aware that the parts library is full of little annoying
errors, so check everything carefully, especially pin numbers and
through-hole diameters, before submitting your order.
