I saw some 2147 memory chips on ebay. These chips work fine in the Heathkit 8K memory card in place of the 4044. Only difference is the 2147 has much faster access time. I have some 8K memory boards running with these chips and also mixed with the 4044. Carroll -- Delivered by the SEBHC Mailing List
