Carroll, I've had pretty good luck with ExpressPCB (.com) for simple
designs, and I think this would qualify. They give you schematic capture
and layout software as well (free, not great, but you don't have to spend
$$$ on Eagle or whatever if you're just trying to get a small design done
for hobby stuff). They do quantity discounts.
Also, as an aside but somewhat related, I've done a few things with
emachineshop.com for cases, bezels, and other metalware (they also do
plastics and cardboard).
