[sebhc] Emulator fix - 8251 data sheet

Thanks, I'll look it over tomorrow, btw, we have taken the conversion off
the
list to not flood the list. Also the file: Magnolia-CPM-Guide.pdf has
wrong permissions.

Does anyone have newer tape images that know how to talk to the 8250
UART?
