[sebhc] H8 game files uploaded

Could someone possibly convert these HEX files to binaries
that can be loaded as if they were executable command files
from a floppy?  Or maybe provide me a pointer on how to do
this?  I imagine it's as simple as composing the right header
and converting the HEX to binary...

PS - I want to play NIM on my H8 :-).  Also, gives me a good
     test of the "file" download capability of the SVD...
