I have a couple versions of Walt Bilofsky's C/80 in HDOS format, as well
as permission from Walt to redistribute it for non-commercial use, so if
we can agree on a format, we can share it. Meanwhile, I'll dig out the
disks and dump them in the existing .h17 (dave/dave) format. I've also
got PIE docs.
