Hi Jack,
If you can figure it out, that would help me a lot - I'm a a bit of a
standstill on the disk emulation until I get the "non-data" portion of
the disk sectors figured out.
I've found that if you scan in 1-bit (B&W) and carefully adjust the contrast
control, you would be amazed at what you can get to come out - often looking
much better than the original - it's tedious work however, as you often have
to preview, adjust and scan every page individually. The type of work best
done a few pages at a time over a long calendar period.
