[sebhc] Need test on real H17 (anyone?)

[Dave Dunfield]

Could someone with a real H8/H17 combo please try booting
a write protected diskette, and verify for me that both
BASIC and EDIT will fail to run with a fatal system error
if the disk is write protected?
