Sorry - I just realized that I never rearrange the code to allow this (had planned
to) - currently the PAM-8 and H17 images get loaded into the 8080 address space AFTER
user files are loaded, which means that they cannot be replaced - I have changed this,
and the next version of the emulator will allow the ROMs to be replaced.
