[sebhc] Soft sectored vrs hard sectored

I think the volume info would be a proprietary thing for Heath.
The disk format certainly doesn't need the information there
whether it is soft or hard sectored. The only info in a soft
sectored record (aka IBM standard) is the sector starting at
1 and track starting at 0.
