That was the one.  I forgot to mention that it was not a PRODUCTION Z-100.  
But both Babu's 286 mod and my Unix port were intended (wishfully) for 
eventual production.  In both cases, somebody (was it somebarry? :-) ) 
decided it was not to be.  :(
