[sebhc] Thinking building USB for H-89 -- ? Update ..

Hi Barry
 I'm just talking in general. I consider the hard sectored
8 inch to be the oldest to the newest. I consider 8 inch 
soft sectored to next between the two ranges ends.
 In any case, I do want 8 inch hard sectored.
