I don't think that H-Scoop was copyrighted. In fact, many items (even some
Heath Co. software) from that era carried no copyright message.

Henry Fale died in 1995. I have not been in touch with his family since then
so I don't know their position on copyright. However, I would be surprised
if they (widow and sons) would object to an archive. The address for them
that I have is 2618 Penn Circle, Sheboygan, WI 53081-4250. I have issues 149
through 176 of HSCOOP and might be able to create PDF files of them to
upload. I also have a single issue (30.31) of the Staunch 8/89'er in case
anyone is interested.
