    Good idea, although he'd probably rather sell the whole thing.  If he 
won't, I'll contact the buyer.  He may be more likely to do it, since 
wouldn't be competing with himself.

    Just noticed I created an erratum of my own by misspelling "Errata" in 
the subject -- pretty funny.
