Peter,
Take a look at
http://www.eunet.bg/simtel.net/msdos/arcutils.html -
looks like lu.zip will do what you want (read LU files
under DOS) but that assumes that you can physically
get the files to your XP machine (null modem or ?) - I
hope they aren't on 8" disks, now that you've sold
your drive!! ;>)
